As a senior student and disciple of Grandmaster Lin Yun, and in keeping with his philosophy and tradition, Seann Xenja maintains a busy schedule of presentations, classes and trainings. He gave his first public talk on Feng Shui in 1989, and began teaching weekend workshops in 1990. In 1992 Seann Xenja co-created the first 5 Day Intensive format Feng Shui Practitioners Training offered in the United States, a program he continues to teach throughout the United States, Central, and South America.

In addition to Introductory evenings, lectures, slide presentations, one and two day workshops, and Intensive Practitioner Trainings, his Advanced Feng Shui Courses include Commercial Feng Shui for Practitioners, Feng Shui for Business, Feng Shui and Holistic Health, and Transcendental Feng Shui. These programs feature classroom instruction and Feng Shui consultation field trips, a combination that makes for the best blend of learning, application, and professional progress.
